Preparation

Wash the heirloom tomatoes under cold running water. Using a sharp knife, slice each tomato into thick rounds, approximately 1/2 inch thick. Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter.

Prepare Burrata
Gently remove the burrata cheese from its packaging. Using your hands or a knife, tear the burrata into smaller pieces, leaving some larger chunks for presentation. Place the burrata on top of the sliced tomatoes.
- 3
Add Fresh Basil
Take the fresh basil leaves and tear them into smaller pieces if desired. Scatter the basil leaves over the tomatoes and burrata.

Drizzle with EVOO
Using a spoon, drizzle the extra virgin olive oil evenly over the tomatoes and burrata, ensuring they are lightly coated.
