Prepare the Glass
Start by choosing a large wine glass or a highball glass for serving your Aperol Spritz.

Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes until it is full. This will keep the drink chilled.

Pour Aperol
Measure and pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass.

Add Prosecco
Next, pour 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass with the Aperol.

Top with Soda Water
Finally, add 1 oz of soda water on top of the mixture to add a refreshing fizz.

Garnish
Garnish your Aperol Spritz with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass. Optionally, you can also add an olive for an extra touch.

Stir gently to combine all the ingredients and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing Aperol Spritz!
