Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and chop it roughly. If using canned corn, drain it well. If using frozen corn, thaw it before using. Chop the roasted red peppers into small pieces.

Mix the Main Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, roasted red peppers, sweet corn, smoked gouda cheese (shredded), and cream cheese (softened). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake the Mixture
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Serve with Salsa and Chips
Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot with Paseo Salsa on the side and tortilla chips for dipping.
