Wrap Assembly
Prepare ingredients
If turkey bacon is not yet cooked, cook it first: heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon strips 3–4 minutes per side until crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain and cool, then quarter each strip. Thinly slice smoked turkey breast if not pre-sliced. Wash and dry lettuce, then chop into bite-sized pieces. Core, seed and dice the tomato. Shred the white cheddar if not pre-shredded.
Warm tortillas (optional)
To make tortillas more pliable, warm them: heat a large dry skillet over medium-high and warm each tortilla 10–15 seconds per side, or brush lightly with the butter or oil and warm 20 seconds per side until soft and lightly golden. Stack wrapped in a clean towel to keep warm.
Season lettuce and tomato
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lettuce and diced tomato. Add the salt and black pepper and toss gently to distribute seasoning. This prevents the wrap from tasting bland and seasons vegetables evenly.
Assemble each wrap
Lay one warmed tortilla flat. Spread about 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing in the center, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer 3 oz smoked turkey breast (about 3–4 slices) over the dressing. Add 2 strips of quartered turkey bacon (about 2 oz), then sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded white cheddar. Top with 1 cup of the seasoned lettuce and tomato mixture. Drizzle another 1 tablespoon ranch over the top if desired for extra creaminess.
Fold and roll
Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, fold both sides in toward the center, and roll tightly away from you to form a compact burrito-style wrap. Ensure seams are tucked under to hold filling. Repeat assembly and rolling for the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Finish and serve
Using a sharp knife, trim each wrap diagonally in half (optional). Serve immediately warm, or for a chilled wrap, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving. Leftovers keep well in an airtight container for up to 24 hours; tortilla may soften over time.
