Melt the Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Prepare the Peanut Butter Mixture
In a separate bowl, mix together the smooth peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and well combined.

Pour half of the melted chocolate into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish. Spread it evenly across the bottom. Then, add the peanut butter mixture on top, spreading it evenly. Finally, pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
