Prepare the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped Swiss chard, all-purpose flour, eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Cook the Farçous
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet for each farçous. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Serve
Serve the farçous warm or at room temperature, topped with raspberry jam.
