Wash, pit, and slice the stone fruits into wedges or halves. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined. Gradually add in the flour and salt, whisking until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Assemble the Clafoutis
Arrange the prepared stone fruits evenly in the bottom of the greased dish. Pour the batter over the fruits, ensuring they are submerged.

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden brown. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Allow the clafoutis to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar or accompanied by whipped cream.
