Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tagliatelle according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3
Add Wine and Cream
Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Allow it to reduce for about 2-3 minutes. Then, reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- 4
Combine with Crab
Add the cooked crab meat and lemon juice to the sauce, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Mix with Pasta
Add the drained tagliatelle to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- 6
Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
