Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries
Method
Preparation of Garlic Parmesan Truffle Fries
- 1
Preparing the Fries
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into thin fries. Soak the cut fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- 2
Seasoning the Fries
Drain and pat the fries dry. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- 3
Baking the Fries
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- 4
Finishing Touches
Once the fries are out of the oven, drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine and serve immediately.
