Prepare the Mug Base

Heat the Milk
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.

Mix in Hot Cocoa
Once the milk is heated, whisk in 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix until fully dissolved.

Add Marshmallows
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of marshmallows until they start to soften.
Assemble Santa's Face

Add Whipped Cream
Spoon 1/2 cup of whipped cream on top of the hot cocoa mixture to create Santa's beard.

Drizzle Chocolate Syrup
Drizzle 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup over the whipped cream to form the outline of Santa's face.

Create Santa's Hat
Place 5 red candy melts on top of the whipped cream to resemble Santa's hat.

Add Eyes
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips on the whipped cream for Santa's eyes.

Add Mouth
Use black licorice or chocolate sprinkles to create a smile for Santa. Adjust quantity to taste.
