Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Fill a cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Ritual zero-proof tequila and grapefruit oleo. Add ice to the shaker and shake gently for about 15 seconds until well mixed.
Combine with Soda
Strain the mixture into the chilled glass over fresh ice and slowly pour in the Fever Tree grapefruit soda, allowing it to mix gently with the tequila mixture.
Garnish the Cocktail
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass and add fresh mint leaves on top for an aromatic finish.
