1. Prepare the Pistachio Pureé

In a food processor, combine pistachio nuts, olive oil, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to reach the desired consistency.

2. Prepare the Sausage

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and cooked through. Break it up into small pieces as it cooks.

3. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) or according to your pizza dough instructions.

4. Assemble the Pizza

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread a layer of pistachio pureé on the dough, leaving a border for the crust. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage and tear pieces of mozzarella cheese over the top.

5. Bake the Pizza

Bake the assembled pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

6. Garnish and Serve
