Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Ribs

Rub the marinade thoroughly over the pork ribs, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).

  4. 4

    Bake the Ribs

Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover with another sheet of foil and bake for 2.5 hours.

  5. 5

    Add BBQ Sauce

After 2.5 hours, remove the top foil and brush BBQ sauce generously over the ribs. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Once finished, remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
