Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

Cook the Pancetta and Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and the pancetta and bacon. Cook until crispy and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Add Peas
Stir in the frozen peas and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to combine. Pour in the heavy cream and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.

Season and Serve
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve immediately, topped with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
