Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine wasabi shoyu, spicy aioli, wasabi cream, and chili flakes. Mix well to create a spicy sauce.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Bowl

In a serving bowl, layer the seaweed salad, sliced cucumbers, diced pineapple, and jalapeños. Flake the grilled salmon on top.

  4. 4

    Add Sauce

Drizzle the wasabi sauce over the salmon and vegetables. If desired, add a scoop of avocado on top.

  5. 5

    Serve

Enjoy your Eagle Road Rage bowl as is, or you can wrap it in sushi burrito style using a large seaweed sheet, or serve it as a salad.
