Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper together to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Fish

Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fish is well-coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the fish is marinating, trim the ends of the asparagus and rinse them under cold water. Pat dry.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  5. 5

    Grill the Fish

Once the grill is hot, place the marinated fish fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  6. 6

    Grill the Asparagus

At the same time, place the asparagus on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and slightly charred.

  7. 7

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

In the last 2 minutes of grilling, add the cherry tomatoes to the grill. They should be heated through and have grill marks.

  8. 8

    Serve

Once everything is cooked, remove the fish, asparagus, and cherry tomatoes from the grill. Serve immediately, garnished with additional dill if desired.
