Soft Scrambled Eggs

Homefries

Sourdough Toast

Roasted Garlic Aioli

Method

Soft Scrambled Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center until they are softly set and creamy.

Homefries

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. 4

    Cook the Homefries

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. Add potatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes.

Sourdough Toast

  1. 5

    Toast the Bread

Spread butter on both sides of the sourdough slices. Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Roasted Garlic Aioli

  1. 6

    Roast the Garlic

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the top off the garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until softened.

  2. 7

    Prepare the Aioli

Once the garlic is cool, squeeze the roasted cloves into a bowl. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
