Method

Crispy Potatoes

1

Prepare the Potatoes

Begin by washing and peeling the potatoes. Cut them into small cubes, about 1-inch in size.

2

Season the Potatoes

In a mixing bowl, combine the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

3

Cook the Potatoes

Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned potatoes to the skillet and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.

Bacon

4

Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet used for the potatoes (or in a separate skillet), add the bacon slices over medium heat. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Eggs

5

Cook the Eggs

In the skillet with the bacon drippings (or a clean skillet), crack the eggs into the pan. Cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.), about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast

6

Toast the Bread

While the eggs are cooking, toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Spread butter on the warm toast.
