1. Marinate the Fish

In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add dorado fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan, heat it on the stove over medium-high heat.

3. Cook the Fish

Remove the dorado fillets from the marinade and place them on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
