Whipped Butternut Squash

Prepare the Squash
Peel and chop the butternut squash into cubes. Boil in salted water until soft, about 15-20 minutes.

Stir in the chopped hazelnuts before serving.
Cuttlefish Croquettes

Form the Croquettes
Shape the mixture into small balls or patties and coat in breadcrumbs.

Fry the Croquettes
Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown. Serve with herb mayonnaise.
Cobb-Smoked Salmon

Serve the Salmon
Arrange the Cobb-smoked salmon on a plate and serve with sliced soda bread.
Roasted Mixed Fish

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Fish
Place mixed fish fillets on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add seashore vegetables around the fish.

Roast in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

Steam or boil the sliced carrots and Brussels sprouts until tender.

In a glass, layer meringue nests, mixed berries, and whipped cream. Repeat until glasses are filled.
