Ice Cream Preparation

Make Vanilla Ice Cream Base
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Make Chocolate Ice Cream Base
In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of the chilled vanilla mixture with cocoa powder until smooth. Chill again for at least 30 minutes.

Make Pistachio Ice Cream Base
In another bowl, combine 1 cup of the chilled vanilla mixture with chopped pistachios. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavor.

Make Espresso Ice Cream Base
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of the chilled vanilla mixture with espresso powder until well combined. Chill for an additional 30 minutes.

Churn the Ice Cream
Pour each flavor into an ice cream maker, following the manufacturer's instructions. Churn until the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Freeze the Ice Cream
Transfer the ice cream to airtight containers and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
