Affogato Preparation

Prepare the Espresso
Brew two shots of espresso using your preferred method (espresso machine, stovetop, etc.). Set aside.

Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, add one cup of vanilla ice cream.

Add Fresh Fruits
Top the ice cream with a cup of mixed fresh fruits of your choice.

Pour the Espresso
Pour the hot espresso shots over the ice cream and fruits.

Garnish
Sprinkle chopped nuts and, if desired, chocolate shavings on top.

Serve Immediately
Serve the affogato immediately while the ice cream is still cold and the espresso is hot.
