Prepare Chicken Strips

Set Up Breading Station
Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken tender first in the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs. Place on a plate.
Fry Chicken Strips

Heat Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken tenders to the hot oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare French Fries

Cut Potatoes
While the chicken is frying, cut the russet potatoes into thin sticks to form fries.

Fry Fries
In another pot or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato sticks in batches for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then season with salt.
Serve
