Method

Burger Preparation

1

Make the Patty

In a bowl, mix the Black Angus ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

3

Add Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of American cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

4

Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Plaza Sauce Preparation

5

Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt to taste. Mix well until smooth.

Assembling the Burger

6

Assemble the Burger

Spread a generous amount of plaza sauce on the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun. Place the cheeseburger patty on top, then add the top half of the bun.
