Main Ingredients

Seasonal Vegetables

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the salmon is marinating.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is grilling, wash and cut the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

    Toss with Olive Oil

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate.
