Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sub Recipe

Prepare Pork Tenderloin

Marinate the Pork
In a bowl, combine olive oil, fresh rosemary (chopped), salt, and black pepper. Rub the mixture over the pork tenderloin and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Heat Brown Gravy
In a small saucepan, heat the brown gravy over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally.
Assemble the Sub

Toast the Sub Rolls
Cut the sub rolls in half and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Layer Ingredients
Place a layer of grilled pork medallions on each toasted sub roll, followed by sautéed mushrooms, a couple of slices of provolone cheese, and drizzle with warm brown gravy.
