Herb Whipped Sour Cream
Method
Prepare the Asparagus

Wash and Trim
Wash the asparagus spears under cold water to remove any dirt. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus by snapping them off or cutting them with a knife.

Season Asparagus
In a large bowl, toss the asparagus spears with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.
Fry the Asparagus

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add more oil as needed for frying.

Cook the Asparagus
Add the seasoned asparagus spears to the hot skillet in a single layer. Fry for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly crispy.

Prepare the Herb Whipped Sour Cream

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped chives, dill, garlic powder, and lemon juice.

Using a whisk or electric mixer, whip the sour cream mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
