Method
Preparing the Ribs

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare the Rub
In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Apply the Rub
Rub the spice mixture generously over both sides of the baby back ribs.

Wrap the Ribs
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.

Bake
Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.

Glaze with Barbecue Sauce
Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them. Brush the barbecue sauce over the ribs.

Broil
Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-10 minutes to caramelize the barbecue sauce.
Preparing the Fries

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Potatoes
Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

Drain and Season
Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
Preparing the Coleslaw

Shred the Vegetables
Finely shred the green cabbage and carrots.

Make the Dressing
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.

Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the dressing and mix well.

Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving.
