In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

Press the Crust
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer. Set aside.
Cheesecake Filling Preparation

Beat Cream Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Add Sugar and Green Tea
Gradually add the granulated sugar and green tea powder, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.

Add Eggs One at a Time
Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

Add Heavy Cream and Vanilla
Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing until the batter is smooth and well-blended.
Baking the Cheesecake

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
