Method

Granola Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.

  3. 3

    Combine Wet Ingredients

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil and honey together. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Combine Mixtures

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. 5

    Spread on Baking Sheet

Spread the granola mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

  7. 7

    Add Dried Fruits

Once the granola is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Stir in the dried fruits.

Fruit Preparation

  1. 8

    Prepare Fresh Fruits

Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Slice the banana into thin rounds.

Assembly

  1. 9

    Layer Ingredients

In serving bowls, start with a layer of Greek yogurt, followed by a generous serving of granola, and top with fresh fruits.

  2. 10

    Drizzle with Honey

Finish off the dish by drizzling honey over the top to taste.
