Preparing the Tea

Boil the Water
In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Steep the Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from the heat and add 2 tablespoons of organic pan-fired green tea leaves. Let it steep for about 5 minutes.

Strain the Tea
After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof pitcher. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
Making the Lemonade

Juice the Lemons
Squeeze the juice from 2 whole fresh lemons into a measuring cup. You should have about 1 cup of lemon juice.

Mix the Lemonade
In a separate pitcher, combine the lemon juice with 1 cup of granulated sugar and 2 cups of water. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Combining and Serving

Combine Tea and Lemonade
Once the tea has cooled, mix the cooled tea with the lemonade mixture in a large pitcher. Stir well to combine.

Serve Over Ice
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the iced tea lemonade mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
