In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
- 3
Toast Bread
Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
- 4
Assemble the Sandwich
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of the first slice of toasted bread. Layer 2 oz of turkey, half the bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Season with salt and pepper. Top with the second slice of bread, repeat the process with another tablespoon of mayonnaise, the remaining turkey, the rest of the bacon, lettuce, and tomato, seasoning as desired. Finally, place the last slice of bread on top.

Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and slice it into quarters. Serve with fries.

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
