Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler) and stir occasionally until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, large egg yolks, and vanilla extract until the mixture is pale and slightly thickened.

Combine Mixtures
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously until well combined.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients
Sift the all-purpose flour and salt into the chocolate-egg mixture. Gently fold the flour into the mixture until no streaks remain.

Fill Ramekins
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 2/3 full.

Place the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
