Pasta

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add bell peppers, zucchini, carrot, broccoli, and cook for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.

  2. 4

    Add Cherry Tomatoes

Stir in the cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.

  3. 5

    Combine and Serve

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss gently to combine. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Serve immediately.
