Melt chocolate and butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Whisk eggs and sugar
In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, large eggs, and egg yolks until the mixture is pale and fluffy.

Combine mixtures
Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while continuously whisking to combine.

Add dry ingredients
Sift in the all-purpose flour, add the vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Gently fold the mixture until just combined.

Fill ramekins
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared ramekins, filling them about 3/4 full.

Place the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.

Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for about 1-2 minutes before inverting onto plates.
