Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Prepare Ramekins
Grease four ramekins with 20g of unsalted butter, then dust them with cocoa powder. Set aside.
Making the Batter

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a heatproof bowl, combine 200g of dark chocolate and 100g of unsalted butter. Melt them together over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Sugar and Eggs
In another mixing bowl, whisk together 150g of granulated sugar and 3 large eggs until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Add Flour and Vanilla
Sift in 50g of all-purpose flour and add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Baking

Pour Batter
Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins, filling each about 3/4 full.

Bake
Place the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center remains soft.

Cool Slightly
Remove the fondants from the oven and let them cool for 1-2 minutes before inverting them onto plates.
Serving

Serve Warm
Serve the chocolate fondant warm, optionally dusting with powdered sugar or serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
