Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cucumbers

Start by washing the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water. Cut off the ends and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon to reduce excess moisture. Chop the cucumbers into small dice and place them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Mince the Garlic

Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them using a knife or a garlic press. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Chop the Dill

Rinse the fresh dill under cold water, shake off excess moisture, and chop finely. Measure out 2 tablespoons.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, minced garlic, chopped dill, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Serving

  1. 5

    Chill and Serve

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a dip with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or crackers.
