Prepare the Cucumbers
Start by washing the cucumbers thoroughly under cold water. Cut off the ends and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon to reduce excess moisture. Chop the cucumbers into small dice and place them in a bowl.

Mince the Garlic
Peel the garlic cloves and finely mince them using a knife or a garlic press. Set aside.

Chop the Dill
Rinse the fresh dill under cold water, shake off excess moisture, and chop finely. Measure out 2 tablespoons.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumbers, minced garlic, chopped dill, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

Chill and Serve
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a dip with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or crackers.
