Prepare Chicken

Coat the Chicken
After marinating, coat the chicken with cornstarch evenly.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry the coated chicken until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare Seasoned Cucumbers

Mix Cucumber Ingredients
In a bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Toss well and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Prepare Asian Slaw

Mix Slaw Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, and green onions. In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
Prepare Garlic Aioli

Make Aioli
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
Toast the brioche buns lightly. Spread garlic aioli on the bottom bun, add a layer of crispy chicken, top with seasoned cucumbers and Asian slaw, and cover with the top bun.
