Preparation
- 1
Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your cocktail glass. You can do this by filling it with ice and setting it aside while you prepare the drink.
- 2
Measure Ingredients
In a mixing glass, measure 1.5 oz of Nordes Gin, 1 oz of Italicus Bergamot Liqueur, and 1 oz of Cocchi Americano using a jigger.
- 3
Mix the Drink
Add ice to the mixing glass with the measured ingredients. Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds, ensuring it is well chilled and diluted.
- 4
Strain into Glass
Discard the ice from the chilled cocktail glass. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixed drink into the glass.
- 5
Garnish
Twist a lemon peel over the drink to release its oils, then drop it in as a garnish.
