Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fruits

Wash all fruits thoroughly. Cut the orange and lemon into thin slices, core the apple and slice it, hull and slice the strawberries, and cut the peach into wedges.

  2. 2

    Combine the Base Ingredients

In a large pitcher, pour in the dealcoholized red wine and sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.

  3. 3

    Add the Fruits

Add the prepared fruits (orange slices, lemon slices, apple slices, strawberry slices, and peach wedges) into the pitcher with the wine mixture.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Sweetener and Flavoring

Pour in the orange juice and add the simple syrup. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed together. Add the cinnamon stick for additional flavor.

Chill and Serve

  1. 5

    Chill the Sangria

Cover the pitcher with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.

  2. 6

    Serve the Sangria

Remove from the refrigerator, give it a gentle stir, and serve over ice in glasses. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves.
