Preparation

Prepare the Meats
Slice the chorizo, Serrano ham, and salchichón into thin rounds. Arrange them on a large wooden or marble board.

Prepare the Cheeses
Slice the Manchego, Idiazabal, and Queso de Cabra into wedges or cubes. Add them to the meat arrangement on the board.

Make the Jams
If using store-bought jams, simply place them in small bowls. If making homemade jams, prepare them in advance and allow to cool before serving.

Add the Olives
Rinse the mixed olives under cold water and pat dry. Place them in a small bowl or arrange them directly on the board.

Optional Nuts
If using Marcona almonds, place them in a small bowl on the board or scatter them around the cheeses and meats.

Neatly arrange all the ingredients on the board, ensuring that the colors and textures are visually appealing. Serve immediately with toothpicks and small plates for guests.
