Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Cocktail Shaker
Gather all the ingredients: Aperol, fresh lemon juice, Larceny bourbon, and Amaro Nonino Quintessentia. Ensure you have a cocktail shaker ready and filled halfway with ice cubes.
- 2
Measure and Pour Ingredients
Using a jigger, measure 0.75 cups of Aperol, fresh lemon juice, Larceny bourbon, and Amaro Nonino, and pour each into the cocktail shaker over the ice.
- 3
Shake the Mixture
Securely close the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
- 4
Strain the Cocktail
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled coupe glass or cocktail glass, ensuring no ice shards make it into the glass.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Twist a lemon peel over the cocktail to release its oils and float it on top as a garnish. Serve immediately and enjoy your Paper Plane cocktail!
