Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place the red bell peppers on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt.

Roast the peppers in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the skins are blistered and charred.

Prepare the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yuca flour, salt, and grated cheese. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

Incorporate Roasted Peppers
Fold the sliced roasted red peppers into the dough until evenly distributed.
Baking the Pan de Yuca

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop out portions of the dough and shape them into small balls or patties, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
