Method
Preparing the Chimichurri Sauce
- 1
Make the Chimichurri
In a food processor, combine the fresh parsley, garlic cloves, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is well combined but still slightly chunky.
- 2
Taste and Adjust
Taste the chimichurri sauce and adjust seasoning if needed. Set aside to let the flavors meld while preparing the meats.
Grilling the Meats
- 3
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Make sure the grates are clean and oiled to prevent sticking.
- 4
Season the Meats
Season the beef steak, chicken breast, chorizo sausages, and pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper. You can also marinate them in some chimichurri for extra flavor.

- 6
Grill the Chicken
Grill the chicken breast for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest.
- 7
Grill the Chorizo
Place the chorizo sausages on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.

Serving
- 9
Slice and Serve
Once all meats have rested for a few minutes, slice them into serving portions. Arrange them on a platter and serve with the chimichurri sauce on the side.
