Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking. Preheat your grill or skillet over high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Pat the steaks dry with paper towels. Generously season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Add olive oil to the hot grill or skillet. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

  4. 4

    Add Flavor

In the last minute of cooking, add the butter, garlic cloves, and fresh rosemary to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the melted butter and herbs for added flavor.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Asparagus

While the steaks are cooking, rinse the asparagus and trim the ends. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  6. 6

    Cook the Asparagus

On the grill or in a separate skillet, cook the asparagus for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.

  7. 7

    Serve

Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve the ribeye steaks with the grilled asparagus and a wedge of lemon on the side.
