Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes

Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften and release their juices.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet along with the reserved pasta water. Toss to combine and allow the sauce to coat the pasta.

  5. 5

    Add Fresh Ingredients

Stir in the fresh basil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Toss again until everything is well combined.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot, garnished with additional basil and Parmesan if desired.
