In a bowl, mix together the diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Set aside for flavors to meld.
Prepare Mayonnaise

Mix Avocado Mayonnaise
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mashed avocado, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Assemble Tacos

Build the Tacos
Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. On each tortilla, place a portion of the seared fish, top with sliced cabbage, fresh salsa, a drizzle of avocado mayonnaise, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
