Prepare the Chicken

Bread the Chicken
In a shallow dish, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. In another dish, whisk together eggs and buttermilk. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.

Fry the Chicken
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare the Glaze

Make the Glaze
In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Heat over medium heat until it simmers, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Prepare the Sriracha Aioli

Mix the Aioli
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Stir until smooth.
Assemble the Sandwich

Build the Sandwich
Spread a generous amount of sriracha aioli on the bottom half of each sesame bun. Place fried chicken on top, drizzle with the spicy glaze, add coleslaw, and top with pickles. Place the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
