Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chops

Season the pork chops with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Chops

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let rest.

  3. 3

    Make the Butternut Curry

Peel and cube the butternut squash. In a pot, add the butternut squash, coconut milk, curry powder, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the squash is tender. Blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Cream Peas

Steam the cream peas until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Pear and Jalapeno

Thinly slice the pear and jalapeno. Serve them on the side for garnish.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the grilled pork chop with a generous serving of butternut curry, steamed cream peas, and garnish with pear and jalapeno slices.
