Beef Kabob

Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add cubed beef sirloin and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

Prepare the Vegetables
Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Assemble the Kabobs
Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating between beef and vegetables.
Kafta Kabob

Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, ground allspice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the Kabobs
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them around skewers into long, oval shapes.
Chicken Kabob

Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add cubed chicken breast and toss to coat. Allow it to marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. Ensure the pieces are evenly spaced.
Hummus

Prepare the Hummus
In a food processor, combine canned chickpeas (drained), tahini, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency with more water if needed.

Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and serve alongside the kabobs.
